Return Policy
CarbonSix fully stands behind the quality of our custom-made barrels. We strive to create a beautiful, highly accurate and precision machined barrel every time. We manufacture custom barrels with tight specifications. Our rifle barrels are designed to fit and work with a wide array of receivers. Because of the variations of receivers, and some manufacturers' loose tolerances, we cannot guarantee a fit. We highly recommend purchasing a matching barrel nut with every barrel order to ensure proper installation. We also encourage our customers to take advantage of our installation services. This is the best way to ensure a proper fit and installation.
Our barrels are non-returnable. That does not mean we do not stand behind each barrel we produce. If you run into any problems with performance or installation, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to remedy any problems that may arise. We will inspect the barrel and we will encourage you to return the barrel with your action for professional installation. We ask that you ship the barreled action with the bottom metal intact or still installed with the stock. We cannot be responsible for the internal receiver threading nor can we be responsible for work done to our barrels and blanks by independent gunsmiths. If upon inspection, we find manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace your barrel.
Our Custom Craft Promise
At Carbon Six, we rifle, contour, and hand-finish every individual barrel to the unique specifications chosen by our customers. Because custom-made matches require unique tolerances and tooling configurations, order cancellation and return processes differ between custom designs and in-stock retail barrels.

Custom Orders
Custom orders represents any barrel constructed through our interactive Custom Builder:
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
Restock/tooling fee of 20% if cancelled after 48 hours.
Custom orders are non-returnable once shipped.
In-Stock Retail Barrels
Pre-made, standard-specification barrels sold from our digital retail shop:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.
Must be completely unused and unmounted.
Ineligible for Return
Items which are strictly ineligible for basic return or exchange:
Barrels that have been fired or mounted to an action.
Barrels that have been altered, coated (Cerakote), or polished post-factory.
Any third-party gunsmithing chambering or cuts.
RECEIVER SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Request RMA
Contact our support team at info@carbonsixllc.com with your Order Number and explanation for return. We will review within 24–48 hours.

Affix RMA Code
If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly write this number on the outside of the shipping container.

Package Securely
Place the clean, unused product in its original rigid tube or box. Include all documentation and hardware. Ship with tracking and insurance.

Inspect & Process
Our quality team inspects the barrel. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restock fees) is issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Times
Once your returned barrel is delivered to our headquarters, our inspection division reviews the hardware within 3–5 business days to verify its condition.
Upon approval, a refund transaction is initiated. Your banking institution can take between 5-10 business days to route the credit back onto your initial credit card or financing option (Sezzle / Affirm).
Accuracy & Defect Warranty
Are you returning because of a fitment, threading, or accuracy concern? If so, your barrel might fall directly under our robust Accuracy & Manufacturing Warranty.
Carbon Six guarantees superior mechanical workmanship. If we confirm a barrel fails to meet match specifications, we will rebuild, re-thread, or replace the entire assembly free of charge, bypassing all restock liabilities.
